Hirsch, Anderson, GabrielISBN: 0-07-038390-1;
When we began collaboration on this book, we had one goal in mind: to help you become a better communicator. Because accountants are required to relate information to others, oral and written communications are at the core of accounting. Thus, developing effective communication skills is essential for every accounting professional. Successful communication is achieved through careful thinking planning; this book offers strategies for thinking through and developing a communication plan for a variety of communication contexts in the accounting field. We've written this book primarily for students majoring in accounting, f or whom it can serve as reference and guide from the sophomore year through graduate school. Two other audiences will benefit: other undergraduate business majors, and practicing accountants (public, private, governmental) and manager. The book is a helpful to all accounting courses and a useful reference guide for the practitioner's professional library.
